À  LUZ  DO  MUSSÁR

SF - Purim and Accepting the Torah With Love

Purim and Accepting the Torah With Love

Our Sages tell us that the miracles of Purim inspired Klal Yisrael to accept the Torah with love! The Jewish people who experienced the miracle of Purim realized that the events of every day life are the consequences of our actions. When we fulfill the Torah we are blessed. In light of this awareness, they willingly decided to fulfill the Torah with love and gain its awesome rewards.

Lesson: The realization that the events of our lives are hidden miracles that are brought about by our actions, inspires us to accept and fulfill the Torah with joy.

App:  Consider how the events of our lives correspond to our relationship to the Torah and its Mitzvot. Dedicate yourself to follow the ways of HaShem, and connect to the Source of goodness, light, and joy.

SF - The Spiritual Vibrancy of Klal Yisrael

The Spiritual Vibrancy of Klal Yisrael

Haman knew that HaShem had a special love for Klal Yisrael and had performed the great miracles of the Exodus on their behalf. He also realized that the destruction of the Temple was a consequence of the people's lax in their observance. Therefore, he assumed that Klal Yisrael was vulnerable to attack. However, the following encounter proves that he was mistaken. Mordecai, the esteemed leader of Klal Yisrael, met a group of children coming out of Cheder.  Each child told him a special Torah insight that he had learned that day. Mordecai rejoiced saying, "Klal Yisrael is spiritually vibrant. Therefore, Haman's plan has no chance of success!"

Lesson: As long as we are spiritually vibrant and perform the Mitzot with dedication and enthusiasm, we can rely on HaShem's blessing, protection, and redemption.

App: Learn Torah with joy and perform the Mitzvot with enthusiasm -- and strengthen the wellspring of blessings, redemption, and miracles that HaShem showers upon Klal Yisrael.

Nada de Pedidos Excessivos

À  LUZ  DO  MUSSÁR

Shabat Shalom a Todos!
