״Moshe felt unqualified to liberate Klal Yisrael because he suffered from a speech impediment; and he expressed his doubts to HaShem. Moshe did not realize that his name, which means, "he will save others" was a sign from HaShem that he was the Divinely appointed redeemer. Even though Moshe mistakenly questioned HaShem's wisdom in selecting him, HaShem responded with understanding. HaShem treated him compassionately because Moshe's weak point clouded his awareness of his own potential.  Each one of us has great spiritual potential. Even if we "miss seeing" our own inherent value, HaShem will have mercy on us. He will be patient until we experience the treasures that lie within our holy soul. Be compassionate and patient with people who are unaware of their inner goodness. Help, encourage, and inspire them to discover their great wealth of spiritual strengths.
