The Sunlight of Torah
HaShem instructed Moshe Rabenu to insert a parchment with HaShem's Name into the Choshen HaMishpat (ornate chest plate) worn by the Kohen Gadol. HaShem's Name caused individual letters to light up, revealing HaShem's messages and guidance to Klal Yisrael.
Lesson: The Torah is actual light, not just a symbol of light. Therefore when we study Torah the light of HaShem illuminates our souls, just as the sunlight fills a home with its light.
Visualization: Take a moment to look and enjoy the beautiful sunlight that brightens our world; then visualize that the Light of HaShem fills your soul when you study Torah.
