Release Yourself From Trouble
"All those people who trust in You will not be ashamed" (Psalms 25:3).
Every type of hardship that a person experiences is rooted in the negative forces. When a person places his hope and sincere trust in HaShem, he is relieved of his troubles. A person who hopes and trusts in HaShem connects himself to His Creator, and to His powerful healing capacity. As a result, he merits to be saved from all trouble and relieved from all distress.
Lesson: Even if a person is enduring an intense life challenge, there is no reason for despair. His hope and trust in HaShem neutralizes the negative force and effectively frees him from all of his troubles.
Visualization: Envision King David experiencing a difficult period in his life, for instance, engaging Goliath in battle. See him consciously strengthen his faith in HaShem by reviewing a verse that evokes trust in HaShem. Such as, "Trust in HaShem, strengthen and encourage yourself, and trust in HaShem." By connecting himself to HaShem, he receives HaShem's kindness, compassion, redemption, and victory. to view the Salant Mussar Library Collection |
