The Person Who Blesses Will be Blessed \ The Proverbs of Solomon D'var Torah: "The soul that blesses will be satiated, and the person that sustains others will be satisfied" (Mishlei 11:25). A person with a good heart that truly loves his fellow man, blesses every person and wants only good to come their way. He holds no jealousy for them, whatsoever. His constant blessings and good wishes that he expresses to all of his companions, fills them with happiness and inner contentment. In turn, he also attains a joyous heart - "The soul that blesses will be satiated." In the same vein, a person that welcomes guests and provides them with good meals, will receive HaShem's blessing to always feel satisfied. It goes without saying, that he will also be blessed with wealth, which is the just reward for giving tzedakah.
Moral: A person who wants good for others and always blesses them, and bestows loving kindness upon them, will be filled with great inner happiness and never lack for anything.
Application: Take a few minutes each day to strengthen your love for your fellow man. Always say a good word to others and give blessings to everybody. Flow with kindness and invite many guests to your home. Enjoy the fruits of happiness that come in the wake of blessing and showing kindness to others. (Based on the commentary of the Vilna Gaon)
