The holy word of HaShem brought the universe into existence, as recorded in our beautiful morning prayer,"Blessed is He, Who spoke and the world came into being." The Divine "Mouth" of HaShem continuously and unceasingly issues good words, praises, and pleasant blessings for His creations. HaShem never utters a negative word, He speaks only positively about mankind and Klal Yisrael. In His great compassion, HaShem also endowed man with the gift of speech. Just as HaShem creates the universe through speech, so too, we can create worlds of goodness through our speech. The most powerful way we can use our speech is to build up, stimulate, and encourage our loved ones and friends. And most importantly, tell them continuously -- each and every day -- how much we love them!
Positive speech nurtures and sparks life and joy within the hearts of other people. It is the surest way to impart confidence and inspire our friends to shine with the inherent goodness of their soul.
Emulate HaShem by always speaking with positive, pleasant, and loving words. Flow with gracious and encouraging words, and build new worlds of happiness, strength, and confidence in the hearts of your friends.
