SF - The Infinite Compassion of HaShem \ Recording "Fresh Perspectives"

Moshe Rebenu used ingenuity and innovation to win HaShem's forgivness for Klal Yisrael's involment in the "golden calf." Instead of asking for forgivness for Klal Yisrael, Moshe asked HaShem, "Please, show me Your countenance." Why did Moshe make a "personal request" at this critical time? The Torah that Moshe received at Mount Sinai was accompanied by a dimension of compassion that insured Klal Yisrael's welfare. This sufficed until they stumbled with the "golden calf." Moshe understood, that HaShem had additional dimensions of compassion and kindness, that would be needed for forgiveness. Therefore, Moshe prayed, "Please show me Your countenance." HaShem accepted Moshe's request and revealed the "Thirteen Attributes of Compassion," which awakened new worlds of compassion to forgive them for their sin.

The compassion and kindness of HaShem is the foundation of the world. Just as HaShem is infinite, so too , His compassion and kindness are infinite. The prayers and good deeds of each generation, can always awaken new and sufficient dimensions of HaShem's compassion, kindness, and forgiveness.

Contemplate on HaShem revealing to Moshe the "Thirteen Attributes of Compassion," and forgiving Klal Yisrael for the error of the "golden calf."
