SF - A Simple Rule to Elevate Every Encounter

בס"ד

🌊 The Stream of Trust: A Guided Visualization

1. The Living Image

"Blessed is the person who trusts in HaShem, and HaShem shall be his protection. He is like a tree planted by the waterside that spreads its roots into the stream..." (Yermiyahu 17)
  • Picture a magnificent tree standing firmly on a lush riverbank.
  • See its vibrant, deep-green leaves rustle gently in the breeze.
  • Notice its massive, deep roots stretching out, submerged completely in a cool, ever-flowing stream.

2. The Shift in Perspective

  • The Heat Arrives: Visualize the scorching summer heat or a period of severe drought surrounding the tree.
  • The Contrast: While the surrounding landscape parches, this tree remains untouched. It does not notice the heat. It does not wither. It never ceases to bear sweet, abundant fruit.
  • The Reason: It doesn't rely on the unpredictable rain from above; it is permanently anchored into an unfailing source of life below.

3. Planting Your Roots

  • Shift your awareness inward. Recognize that you are like that tree.
  • Consciously extend the "roots of your soul" deep down, past the surface of daily stresses.
  • Anchor them directly into the ever-flowing stream of HaShem’s unbounded blessings, protection, and salvation.

4. The Release (The Core Promise)

"I will trust and I will not be afraid." (Isaiah 12)
  • Connect to the Source: By anchoring yourself in the Source of All Good, realize there is no longer a need to worry about the "weather" of life.
  • Let Go: Exhale and intentionally release your worries, fears of setbacks, or anxieties about the future. Hand them over to the exclusive care and infinite compassion of HaShem.
  • Receive Peace: Feel a wave of absolute tranquility settle over your mind. Even if challenges surround you, your core remains vibrant, calm, and securely wrapped in His unconditional love.
An Anchor for the Day:
A person who sincerely trusts in HaShem always has peace of mind. You are connected to the Infinite; you will always bear fruit.

May the souls who left this world be remembered for a blessing.
