The Awakening of Goodness Inspiration: Before creation there was no notion of the universe, nor of any creature, not even one human soul. Then HaShem, with supreme compassion, conceived of the idea of man. He created heaven and earth to serve as our home. He filled the world with varied living creations, as well as, rivers, flowers, and trees. Afterwards, when the world was filled with goodness He created mankind, in the holy "image" of HaShem. Lesson: HaShem's thoughtfulness was the impetus of creation and is the cause of the ongoing continuity of goodness that gives us our existence. App: Take a moment to reflect on a loved one in your life. Think of a way to help or encourage him. Then, put your plan into action and bring goodness, comfort, and joy to the world.
