By giving yourself a "pat on the back" for all the Mitzvot that you did!
The "yetzer horah" is always inventing reasons to put us down.
"You are lazy!"
"You don't know any Torah!"
Today is the day to fight back!
"I keep Shabbat!"
"I helped my wife\husband\child\friend!"
"I went to pray in Shul!"
"I invited guests for Shabbat!"
"I visited someone who is sick!"
"I will do Teshuvah!"
