The purest of HaShem's creations is found in the ever enduring goodness of our holy souls. HaShem created the soul and preserves its pristine purity forever. The root of our soul is situated in Heaven, under HaShem's exclusive protection. The spirituality that man experiences in this world, emanates from the root of the soul. Even though the material forces of the body influence man, they are not his true identity. At any given time in his life, man can detach from the base impulse and connect to the pure goodness of his eternally good soul. In this light, the Kabalistic teachings encourage us, "Ascend to the secret of your inner goodness."

Our soul is a "hidden treasure" that we can always access and transform ourselves to pure goodness.

Reflect on the teaching: "Ascend to the secret of your inner goodness." Be strong in your uncompromising conviction of your innate holiness. Strive a little more each to day to connect to the root of your holy soul
