| A River of Kindness and Compassion
"The Kindness of Avraham" was like a river that flowed with never-ending love, compassion, and peace. To be in Avraham's presence, was to be in the presence of beauty, joy, and goodness. As the moon reflects the light of the sun, Avraham reflected the loving-kindness of HaShem unto all mankind. Just as he graciously overlooked every flaw and offense, so too, HaShem graciously showered His grace, mercy, and forgiveness upon him. Just as Avraham attached himself to follow the compassionate ways of HaShem, so to, the compassion and love of HaShem always rested upon him.
Lesson: When we follow the example of Avraham Avinu, to always act with unconditional grace and compassion, then HaShem will shower us with unabated kindness and compassion.

Fill your heart with his unconditional love for all of the creations of HaShem, and merit the ultimate joy of always being in the protective presence of the holy Shechinah.
