HaShem Loves Klal Yisrael
Amongst the holy attributes of HaShem is the virtue of, "HaShem is happy with His portion." In light of the fact that HaShem is the Master of the Universe, and lacks nothing, what is the significance that "He is happy with His portion?" The statement reveals that HaShem considers Klal Yisrael "His precious portion." HaShem's happiness with us is unconditional. Regardless, of whether Klal Yisrael is meritorious or unworthy, HaShem is always happy with His children.
Lesson: Just as a parent has unconditional love for his child, so too, HaShem -- our Merciful Father -- unconditionally loves Klal Yisrael, His beloved children, forever.
