A Wholesome Attitude Towards Money One of the keys to happiness comes through developing a wholesome attitude towards money. Our sages advise us to consider that the money in our possession belongs to HaShem. He deposits the money in our trust, expecting us to use the money for Mitzvos, tzedakah, and good deeds. As long as the money stays with us, we thank HaShem for His kindness and grace. If we lose the money, we accept HaShem's decree, knowing that this is also for our best interest. Lesson: The proper attitude towards money is one of the most powerful factors in attaining good and pleasant character traits, and avoiding the pitfalls of human nature, such as greed and jealousy.  App: Consider your assets as a deposit left in your trust. Use the funds at your disposal to strengthen spiritual pursuits. Share your wealth with others and perform acts of kindness and goodness. Accept your current financial status, and thank HaShem for your livelihood and wellbeing.
