The journey is beautiful

When Yoseph was imprisoned in Egypt, he asked the royal cupbearer to intercede on his behalf before Pharaoh. The Torah records: “The cupbearer did not remember Yoseph, and he forgot him.” As a result, Yoseph’s imprisonment was extended for two more years—because he placed his hope in human intervention rather than relying solely on HaShem. Upon realizing his error, Yoseph redirected his trust fully and exclusively to HaShem. At that moment, HaShem orchestrated his release in a miraculous way—through Pharaoh’s dreams. Yoseph’s sudden redemption revealed to all that his salvation came directly from HaShem alone, without any human aid, in fulfillment of the verse: “My joy is in Your salvation.” Today: Reflect on Yoseph’s turning point—when he shifted his heart to trust only in HaShem. The result was immediate: HaShem Himself arranged Yoseph’s freedom in a wondrous manner. Let this inspire you to strengthen your own trust in HaShem, and to rejoice in His salvation, knowing that true deliverance comes from Him alone.
