Dear Friend,

We invite you to take part in a meaningful global initiative this Tisha B'Av: The Global Tisha B'Av Tikun.

Together as Klal Yisrael, we will pause at the same moment to reflect on Ahavat Yisrael (unconditional love for our fellow Jews) and help heal the fractures of our past.

Participating takes just a few minutes and consists of three simple steps:

🖨️ Step 1: The Reading

(Print this text in advance to read on Tisha B'Av)

📖 "Rabbi Akiva taught: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' This is the fundamental principle of the Torah."

🌙 Step 2: Time for Reflection

On Tisha B'Av night—preferably following Ma'ariv and the reading of Eichah—take a quiet moment to read this passage. Allow their message to settle deeply into your heart, generating genuine love and empathy for every individual and all of humanity.

👁️ Step 3: A Guided Visualization

Close your eyes and visualize:

🏛️ Past Harmony: Klal Yisrael united in deep harmony and love during the era of the Holy Temple.
🤝 Present Healing: Our nation actively restoring that love, warmth, and oneness today.
✨ Future Hope: The Temple rebuilt, and the Shechinah (Divine Presence) returning to dwell among us forever.

💖 Together, let us transform baseless hatred into boundless love.
