SF - # We Can Rely on the Infinite Mercy of HaShem

In honor of Mr. and Mrs. Gedlaya Breier - Mazel Tov on your 50th anniversary!:
With heartfelt gratitude, we wish you and your family bracha, hatzlacha, and abundant nachas!

Even after seven devastating plagues, Pharaoh remained defiant, his heart hardened against the truth. Seeing this level of stubbornness, Moshe Rabenu felt that providing a warning for the eighth plague—Locusts—was a futile effort. He believed the Egyptians had crossed a point of no return.

However, HaShem instructed Moshe Rabenu to warn them regardless. The Seforno explains that HaShem’s mercy is so vast that He sought to provide every possible opening for the Egyptians to repent. If even a few more individuals would do Teshuvah and acknowledge the Truth, the warning was worth it.

The Lesson: A Fortiori (Kal VaChomer)

Jewish tradition records the extraordinary patience HaShem extended even to His enemies, the Egyptians. This leads us to a powerful realization: If HaShem exhibits such infinite patience and mercy toward those who defy Him, how much more so does He shower goodness, kindness, and protection upon those who strive to fulfill His will?

We are never beyond the reach of His compassion. Every Mitzvah we perform and every word of truth we speak acts as a vessel to receive the Shefa (Divine Flow) of His love.

Visualization: The Embrace of the Torah

Close your eyes and envision yourself holding a Torah scroll tightly against your heart. As you kiss the parchment, feel the weight of its wisdom. Recognize that by upholding its Mitzvos, you are not just performing a duty—you are entering into a direct embrace with the Infinite.

As you rejoice in this connection, see yourself surrounded by a shield of Divine light, representing HaShem's infinite patience and compassion that follows you throughout your day.
