The Path of Goodness
A person who faithfully serves HaShem and who has attained pleasing character is very worthy. Furthermore, a person who guides other people to follow the path of goodness is even more meritorious.
Lesson: The excellence of one who leads others to goodness is three-fold. Firstly, is his recognition that goodness is the foundation of spirituality. Secondly, is his care for other people's welfare. Thirdly, is his active and efficient efforts to inspire others.
