The Torah instructs the Kohanim to bless Klal Yisrael with love. In general, Klal Yisrael are commanded to love each other. Why is it necessary for the Kohanim to have a special commandment to feel love towards Klal Yisrael when they bless the people? Love is a wellspring that flows with blessings! Since it is the Kohan' s task to bless the people, they need to have an extra dimension of love for Klal Yisrael. The precious love in the heart of the Kohanim awakens HaShem's sweetest and choicest blessings to rest upon His beloved People. Lesson: Love is a dynamic spiritual power that emanates blessings, light, and peace. Visualization: Envision the Kohanim blessing Klal Yisrael. Sense the love in their hearts. See how the love blossoms with HaShem's blessings. Feel the love and blessings surround you and fill your soul with joy. (Based on the commentary of Rashi and Daa's Torah)
