Spiritual Love
When Yaacov Avinu saw his wife-to-be, Rachel, for the first time, he began to cry. His sadness was awakened because he had a prophecy that she would not be buried with him. Our Patriarchs were focused on the spiritual beauty of their wives. In light of this, Yaacov cried upon realizing that ultimately he would be separated from Rachel's radiant holiness.
Lesson: Yaacov's love for Rachel grasped the spiritual essence of her being and spanned to eternity.
