Elevating Our Thoughts "And you - whom attach yourselves to HaShem, your G-d -- all of you are alive today!" (Devarim 4:4) The thoughts that we choose to think about, transport us to either light or darkness. Positive thoughts are inspired by our soul, whereas negative thoughts are influenced by the body. If we engage in holy thoughts, we connect ourselves to HaShem. If we engage in material thoughts, we connect ourselves to unworthiness. The knowledge that positive thoughts connect us to HaShem, inspires us to focus our minds exclusively on fruitful and holy thoughts. Lesson: Through our choice of good thoughts we move ourselves closer to spirituality. Positive thoughts connect us to the holiness and purity of HaShem. Visualization: Envision Moshe Rabenu contemplating on HaShem while tending Yisro's flock in the desert. As he comes upon the "burning bush," HaShem speaks to Moshe. Moshe's holy thoughts led to the most meaningful moment of his life -- the first time he experienced HaShem! (Based on the teachings the Saba Kadisha of Kelm)
