SF - Instantaneous Redemption

Instantaneous Redemption

When Pharaoh needed an interpretation of his dreams, Yoseph was rushed out of prison to come to Pharaoh's aid. We derive from this event that all deliverance of HaShem is instantaneous. In this light, when Klal Yisrael were freed after the 210 years of bondage, "the Egyptians drove them out of Egypt." They left so hastily they didn't have time for their dough to rise. Likewise, the final redemption will come in a flash of time. The 2,000 years of darkness will immediately be transformed to light and joy.

Lesson: The difference between the exile and the redemption is the revelation of the Shechinah. The very second that HaShem reveals the Shechinah, we will be redeemed and bask forever in the Light of HaShem.

App: Reflect on the prophetic verse that reveals the suddenness of our future redemption (Malachai 3:1): "And HaShem, Whom you seek, will suddenly come to His Temple." Envision the second that our exile ends, the Light of HaShem will surround us with everlasting blessing, protection, wisdom, and joy.
