The Mystery of Compassion
We are responsible to return our souls to our Creator with the same purity in which we received them. Yet, there is a secret way to find grace in the eyes of HaShem, even if we have tainted our soul. HaShem continuously breathes within us our living soul and provides for all of our needs. If we attain the awareness of the great kindness that HaShem constantly grants us during our lifetime, we will find grace in the eyes of HaShem. Even if we do not return our soul to HaShem as pure as the day we received it, He will compassionately overlook our accountability,
Lesson: HaShem grants us our souls in order to fulfill the Torah and perform good deeds. If we attain the holy awareness of HaShem's great kindness in constantly breathing life within us, HaShem will exempt us from of our spiritual flaws.
Visualization: Envision that HaShem constantly grants you the gift of your holy soul. Sense the love, care, and kindness of HaShem that surrounds every moment of your existence. The more you rejoice in the closeness and the goodness that HaShem bestows upon us, the greater He compassionately grants you forgiveness.

The Key to Redemption
Once, Rabbi Yisrael Salanter's student approached him and said, "If I had the mind of a genius, the heart of a saint, and outstanding character traits -- then, I could become a great Rabbi."
Rabbi Yisrael responded, "With your mind, your heart, and your character traits you can become a great Rabbi!"
Rabbi Yisrael dedicated his life to encourage people to strive for personal excellence. To this end he launched the Mussar Movement, providing guidance, techniques, and wisdom on how to develop good and pleasant character traits.
He had tremendous impact on the world and his message resonates today just as clearly as it did one hundred and fifty years ago.
