The Hidden Secret of Mannah
When the People of Israel journeyed in the desert, HaShem, may He be blessed, miraculously provided them with mannah. Each person received an omer (a biblical measurement) of mannah. If someone ate more than the allotted omer, he felt hungry. Since he overindulged, he never felt satisfied. While if someone ate less than the omer, it disagreed with him. Since he didn't fully enjoy HaShem's gift, he didn't receive the blessing of the mannah.
Lesson: HaShem provides a perfect measure of sustenance for each person. When we fully appreciate and enjoy HaShem's kindness, our lives are blessed with true happiness.
Visualization: Envision Moshe Rabenu eating his omer of mannah in the desert. Imagine how grateful he is to HaShem for His miraculous kindness. Moshe eats the omer of mannah, no more and no less. He is satisfied and joyful for HaShem's wonderful blessing.
