The Power of Trust
"Trust in HaShem, be strong and brave, and trust in HaShem." (Tehilim 27)
The verse starts out, "Trust in HaShem" -- meaning, it is fitting to place our trust in HaShem to protect us from troubles. Then the verse continues, "be strong and courageous," if trouble comes -- even if you are in mortal danger -- be strong and never stop relying on HaShem's compassion. "And trust in HaShem," that he will save and redeem you from your trouble, and give you relief.
Lesson: Strong and unwavering trust in HaShem is the key to personal and national redemption.
App: Regardless of how bleak your situation seems, keep up your morale and wholeheartedly trust in HaShem. He will surely rescue you from your troubles. (Based on the commentary of Ramad Vali to Tehillim)
