The Pesach Vision of Freedom
The Hagadah instructs us to imagine ourselves as if we experienced the miraculous Exodus. We are not expected to visualize the actual redemption because we do not have a conscious knowledge of the event. However, imagining the great Exodus, as best we can, brings the joy of the redemption to life. It strengthens our faith in HaShem. Even more, it fills us with new dimensions of appreciation and love for HaShem.       Lesson: The technique of visualizing that we personally were redeemed from Egypt helps us experience the joy of knowing that HaShem cares about us and lovingly grants us our personal redemption. Visualization: Envision yourself as a slave in Egypt and imagine HaShem miraculously rescuing you.  See the Shechinah  surround you with holiness, freedom and light. Envision your heart fill with feelings of joy, love, and gratitude to HaShem.      (Based on Chochmah U'Mussar of the Saba M'Kelm)
