Positive Thoughts
"'I know My thoughts which I think about you,' says HaShem, 'thoughts of peace and not ill will, to give you a future and hope'" (Yirmiyahu 29:11).
One of HaShem's most precious attributes is His thoughtfulness and care for all of His creations. He compassionately oversees our lives and kindly provides us with all of our needs. What's more, HaShem has special thoughts of love, goodwill, and peace for Klal Yisrael. He longs to see the fulfillment of His promise to bring the Geulah Shleimah -- final redemption.
Lesson: HaShem continuously thinks positive, constructive thoughts for mankind. Even if we experience challenges, HaShem sends them for our ultimate good.
Application: Emulate HaShem by always looking for ways to help Klal Yisrael. Befriend those in need of friendship and generate positive thoughts towards them. Reflect on how you can best benefit your friends and provide them with good advice.
