“A Song of Thanks: Shout to HaShem all the earth” (Tehillim 100). Our Sages teach that in the Messianic era, this song will be the primary song. Why? Because of the words “all the earth.” In that time, all humanity will unite in serving HaShem. Even those who once strayed will return, and in that merit HaShem will show new depths of mercy and forgiveness. Recognizing this great compassion, the entire world will burst forth in song: “A song of thanks: Shout to HaShem all the earth!” The united song of all humanity praising HaShem surpasses any melody sung by an individual or even a nation. Today: When reciting “A song of thanks” in your morning prayers, sing it with a melody. Picture all humankind singing with you. Let that vision fill your heart with joy for the entire day.
