HaShem Cannot Bear Our Suffering
During a period in the time of the Judges, Klal Yisrael strayed from the ways of Torah. As a result, they were beset with sore troubles at the hands of the Amonites. Klal Yisrael cried out to HaShem, "We have sinned...rescue us this day." They removed the foreign gods and served HaShem. In His great mercy and love for Klal Yisrael, HaShem could not tolerate the troubles that His people were enduring. He then sent a great leader to conquer their enemies.
Lesson: Just as a parent cannot bear to see the suffering of their children, so too, HaShem, our Merciful Father, cannot bear to see the suffering of His beloved children, B'nai Yisrael.
App: Be comforted by knowing that HaShem loves you and cannot bear your pains nor the hardships of Klal Yisrael. Pray to Him with the awareness that He is always filled with mercy, compassion, and love for you; He will answer your prayers, relieve you of your suffering, and redeem you. (Based on the commentary the RaMak)
