Avoid Harsh Words
When Yoseph finally revealed himself to his brothers, he said simply, "I am Yoseph, your brother." He did not use any vengeful or hurtful words. Those gentle words sufficed to convey to the brothers that they were accountable for the suffering they caused Yoseph.
Lesson: When we tell someone that he has done something wrong, all of our words of guidance must be positive, supportive, and constructive.
App: Use gentle and encouraging words and tones when sharing your opinion with a friend. Avoid saying harsh words to any human being.
