SF - Positive Feelings

Positive Emotions After Yaacov Avinu died, Yospeh realized that he, personally, had feelings of resentment towards his brothers. He neutralized his negativity by replacing it with positive feelings. He realized  that the harm that his brothers had done to him had actually lead to his power, wealth, and prestige. Even though his brothers caused him much grief, he converted his anger to happiness by realizing how much he ultimately benefitted. Lesson: The intellect has little effect on negative emotions. Positive emotions have the power to reverse our negative feelings. App: Find something positive in the hardship you experienced and convert the negative emotions into positive ones. STAY CONNECTED:
