The Ultimate Merit
Eliyahu HaNavi taught: "Klal Yisrael will not be redeemed on the merit of the hardships they suffered, nor on the merit of their subjugation to the nations, nor on the merit of their expulsions, nor on the merit of the attacks they endured, nor on the merit of their oppression, nor on the merit of their deprivation from food. Rather, we will be redeemed on the merit of ten people learning Torah together."
Lesson: HaShem has great compassion and empathy for our suffering. Nevertheless, only the merit of people learning Torah together, holds sufficient merit to bring the redemption.
App: Dedicate yourself and encourage others to participate in Torah classes. This will win you favor in Heaven and help to awaken the redemption.
